Performance Contract Terms

Regent Pipeline operates strictly on a performance basis. There are no retainers, no upfront fees, and no monthly subscription. You pay a flat unit price of £150 for every qualified meeting we deliver, and nothing else.

Because we absorb 100% of the operational risk, data costs, and campaign infrastructure, our incentives are aligned with yours: we only get paid when real, qualified meetings land on your calendar.

We deliver an end-to-end client acquisition pipeline configured exclusively for your niche, including real-time data extraction, contextual outreach personalisation, multi-channel inbox management, scheduling, and pipeline reporting.

Specific deliverables, targets, and reporting cadence are set out in your statement of work or engagement order, which forms part of this contract.

A qualified meeting is an executive-level video call with a decision-maker at a target account, confirmed through the agreed scheduling link, and attended as scheduled.

Meetings are counted as delivered only when the prospect is a genuine fit for your service and the call proceeds with your representative present.

You are invoiced in arrears at the conclusion of each calendar month, for confirmed, attended executive meetings delivered during that month only.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and are payable within the terms stated on the invoice.

If a prospect fails to attend a scheduled call, your balance due for that event is exactly £0.00. No-show meetings are never invoiced.

Where a meeting is rescheduled by mutual agreement, it is billed once when it actually takes place.

You agree to provide accurate targeting and brand information, and to approve outreach copy before it is deployed to your prospects.

You are responsible for the lawful handling of any lists or contact data you supply, and for ensuring your use of the services complies with applicable marketing and privacy law.

We process personal data in line with the UK GDPR and PECR, and our outreach is audited for compliance with applicable marketing regulations.

We will not send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications on your behalf, and we maintain suppression handling and unsubscribe processes across all campaigns.

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other in connection with the engagement, and to use it only to perform or receive the services.

This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

Either party may terminate an engagement on written notice if the other party is in material breach of this contract and fails to remedy the breach within fourteen days of notice.

On termination, you are billed only for qualified meetings delivered up to the termination date. No cancellation fees apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with this contract is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes arising from it.

If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
