Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of the Regent Pipeline website and our client acquisition services. Please read them carefully before engaging us or using our platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Regent Pipeline website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should stop using the website and our services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Our Services
Regent Pipeline provides B2B client acquisition services, including account research, multi-channel outreach, call cadence, deliverability management, and pipeline reporting, as agreed in your statement of work or engagement order.
Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in the applicable engagement documents, which form part of these terms. We will use reasonable skill and care in performing the services.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information needed to perform the services, including target accounts, brand messaging, and approval of campaign copy before it is deployed.
You are responsible for ensuring that any lists, databases, or contact data you supply are lawfully held and that using them for outreach complies with applicable marketing and privacy law.
Fees and Payment
Fees are quoted in the engagement order and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend the services until outstanding amounts are settled.
Intellectual Property
All deliverables produced for you under an engagement are licensed to you for your internal business use. We retain ownership of our underlying methodologies, tooling, templates, and pre-existing materials.
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the deliverables without our prior written consent.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other in connection with the engagement, and to use it only to perform or receive the services.
This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
Data Protection and Compliance
We process personal data in line with the UK GDPR and PECR, and our handling of outreach is audited for compliance with applicable marketing regulations.
You agree not to use the services to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications, and to comply with all applicable laws in the territories you target.
Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide the website and services on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While we work to deliver strong outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results, response rates, or signed contracts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement on written notice if the other party is in material breach of these terms and fails to remedy the breach within fourteen days of notice.
On termination, you must pay for services delivered up to the termination date, and sections concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, data protection, and liability will survive.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes arising from them.
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
